Materials

All pieces are made of 925 Silver or Gold-plated Silver (24K gold plating). Some pieces include cultured pearls, natural stones, synthetic stones, and Swarovski crystals. For more detailed information, see the individual product description.

Please note that all Ghosty pieces are meticulously crafted by hand using traditional techniques. As a result, you may notice slight variations between the final piece you receive and the product photograph on our online store. For this reason, we appreciate your understanding, as we believe the artisanal process is what sets Ghosty apart from other jewelry chains.

 

Prices

The prices of jewelry available at the Ghosty Jewelry online store include the tax at the current rate in Portugal (VAT of 23%).

The brand reserves the right to change the price of articles or services at any time, as well as to conduct promotional campaigns.

Ghosty accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Multibanco, PayPal, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

Warranty

According to Portuguese legislation, all items have a 2-year warranty.

However, Ghosty excludes any liability in the following situations: damages caused by lack of precaution and improper use, such as exposure to creams, perfumes, seawater or swimming pool (see care guide for pieces); disappearance of the gold plating, conditioned by the natural PH of each skin; whenever the customer or third parties have modified or repaired the piece.

If repairs are necessary, such as re-plating, changing clasps, etc., Ghosty offers this service, however, it will have an associated cost. To arrange a repair, contact via email ghostyjewelry.sales@gmail.com

 

Return Policy

The right of withdrawal is a right granted to consumers of the European Union who purchase products or services online. This right allows consumers to regret their purchase and return the product or cancel the contracted service without any justification, within 30 working days after the product delivery.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Ghosty through the contact form or email ghostyjewelry.sales@gmail.com regarding their decision to withdraw and return the product or cancel the service within the established period. The seller is required to refund the consumer within 14 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal.

However, there are some exceptions to this right, such as customized or perishable products, services that have already been fully provided, among others. For this reason, customized jewelry or that have been created from scratch for the customer cannot be returned.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.
