Shipping policy

Shipments to the national territory, mainland and islands, are free and are carried out by registered mail via CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.

The delivery time for mainland Portugal is about 1 working day, and for the Azores and Madeira about 2 working days. This period is indicative, and for the Azores and Madeira, the deadlines may be extended due to transportation limitations.

Ghosty jewelry is made to order. For this reason, after making a purchase in the online store, the order will be dispatched between 2-5 working days and sent by the carrier. As soon as the order is processed, you will receive an email with the registration number, as well as a link where you can follow the order.

Please note that International orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import fees when they enter the destination country. We are not aware of and are not responsible for the value of these fees, as they differ from country to country. In this situation, you should contact the authorities of your country for more information.

We do our best to ensure the quick shipment of our jewelry. However, all pieces are handmade, and the fact that we maintain a reduced stock may lead to delays in processing time. Should this occur, Ghosty commits to immediately informing the customer about the status of the order and the estimated shipping time.
